Super easy and no equipment needed.
Playground Workout: Each 2 exercise circuit 3x 15 step-ups with kick back 15 ea leg, 60 sec jog in between/ 15 tricep dips,15 squat jumps/ 15 bulgarian squat ea side,15 elevated knee ins/ 15 elevated push-ups, 5 hill runs/ 10 pull-up rows ea leg,15 heel raises /.
