Today I was working out and my granddaughter asked what I was doing. I told her was working out and when she asked why, I said to be strong. Then she said “Stella is strong” and started working out with me.
Body confidence and positivity starts with us. Our children and grandchildren are watching and listening.
I get to workout to be able to pick up and play with my grandchildren.
Forget the scale or fitting into a certain size. What in your life is important to you that you need to be healthy to enjoy it. Make that your why.
Be strong, be confident. You deserve it.
Today’s #motivationmonday quote maybe alittle late but I think we all can relate to this in some small (or large) way. Maybe you are going after a new goal or have hit a plateau in a current goal. Maybe there is a goal you have been meaning to start working towards. What if we let go of self-doubt and self-judgement? What if we could express gratitude for the desire to get started and keep going? How much more can we enjoy the journey and see the lessons we are learning along the way if we set down the shadow of self-doubt?
