I captured this picture of my son Andy on our drive home camping in Mt. Lemmon, we pulled off at a Vista Point and he climbed this beautiful rock formation. It made me think of a positivity band I wear, given to me my a friend I really admire, Let Your Light Shine. Despite the fog surrounding us, my son used his strength to see vast view below us from a different perspective. Always be you, Always let your light shine.
Today, it is easy to look at what is missing in our romantic lives. Focus on the love & friendships that you are blessed with. Cherish the people that stand by you. Make today the day you love yourself. The only way to become your best you, is to fill your mind and body with love and positive self talk. Light cancels darkness every time. Be your own light, create the life you want, and share your life with people who bring their own light.
