Move of the Day is a plank to ankle reach to mountain climber. Need a modification? Use a chair to hold the plank (with hands on chair) reach for your calf, then hold one foot off floor, then the other. Video on Instagram
Lunge With Bicep Curl To Plank Jack
Today Move Of The Day: Lunge with a Bicep Curl to a Plank Jack. To modify you can start with no weight and then start with a plank, then add taps to the side to build up to the jack. Need to make it harder, up your weight, add extra jacks in the plank.
