This morning when I woke up, I started thinking about my week. The ups and down of the area I felt I needed clarity in. Then this thought “progress not perfection” ran through my mind. And I took a moment to be grateful for the steps I made this week and the steps I will continue to make.
It is easy to discouraged when we don’t do things perfectly and a lot of time, we just give up. My 30 day yoga practice, is going to take more than 30 days, and that is okay. As long as I keep showing up on the mat and giving myself grace, I am continuing to grow, to gain mental and physical strength. It might be slower than someone that showed for the 30 days consecutively,and that is okay.
For today’s self care practice, I want you to take a moment to give yourself some grace. If the area in your life you wanted clarity still seems messy, make a plan on what steps will help you feel aligned, whether it is in your body, your home, or a relationship. If you did accomplish your goal this week, give yourself some praise and hold gratitude for all the circumstances that allowed you to accomplish it.
Happy Friday all. To celebrate taking action this week, I encourage you to share with someone you trust, something you are proud of and accomplished this week. Speaking our dreams out loud makes them more real. Let someone you care about celebrate the journey with you.
As we take action this week to move towards our goals and dreams, take a moment today to appreciate how far you have come already. For all the lessons learned and the beautiful life you have already created.
Moving from a place of humble gratitude allows us to truly appreciate the blessings we have already received and opens us up to continue manifesting the life of our dreams.
For this Wellness Wednesday I want to talk about the importance of postive thinking. As we work towards our goals this week, it is easy to begin to doubt ourselves. The first place we find success is within ourselves. Take some time today to meditate, journal, sit with a cup of coffee or tea and allow yourself to feel gratitude for all lessons you are learning. Every challenge and every victory is for us. To help us grow, learn and reach our higher selves.
When working on a dream or goal, the first place it comes true is in your mind. In your belief that you can accomplish it. That you will live the life of your dreams. Create so much abundance that it spills out and uplifts others to believe in their dreams.
Our health is one of the biggest factors in our happiness and ability to live life to the fullest. You deserve to nourish your body with whole foods, to get enough sleep and to take time to meditate or pray. Be grateful we can control the choices to lead usbto ultimate health.
This time of year, we get focused on making magical experiences for those we love. That is beautiful. Remember, you deserve bliss and magic too. Do the things this season that fill your spirit and skip the things that bring stress and low energy. Fall in love with your life, that is a true gift to the ones who love you.
Raising your frequency to pursue the life you are meant to live takes bravery. We can dream of the life we want or we can live as the person whose dreams already came true. Leave no space for doubt. Live in alignment with your true self and purpose.
Today is my husband’s birthday. There is something magical about starting a week with a celebration. It is a beautiful reminder that Monday’s can be a day to look forward to, not to just dread. Life is short, celebrate each day, even the Monday’s. Here is hoping your Monday and your week is magical and you find those small moments worth celebrating
